What we collect
When you use a form on this website we receive:
- your name, phone number and email address;
- anything you choose to write in the message box (please don’t include medical details);
- on the contact page, whether we may contact you and the best time to call;
- the web page the form was sent from.
If you email or phone us, we receive the details you give us in that email or call.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a call back or appointment, and deal with anything that follows from it. We rely on your consent (the tick box on the call-back form) and on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
How form messages are delivered
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a form-handling service that passes your message to us by email. Formspree acts on our behalf and stores submissions in line with its own privacy policy.
Cookies and third-party content
This website does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Some pages show a map provided by Google Maps, which may set cookies when it loads; see Google’s privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any sessions that follow, and then delete them securely.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
